Hot Pepper Jelly Appetizer Pour Jill's Hot Pepper Jelly over a block of cream cheese and serve with crackers. This recipe is fast and is a great party snack!
Chicken with a Kick Bake boneless skinless chicken breasts at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon Jill's Hot Pepper Jelly over the chicken and resume baking another 10 minutes until well glazed.
Pork Tenderloin with Apple Glaze Place a boneless pork roast or pork chops in a baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper and bake according to directions until done. Remove the meat from the oven and spoon Jill's Apple Pie Jam over pork and continue to bake an extra 10 minutes until meat is well glazed.
Apple Pie Butter Mix 4 oz. of Jill's Apple Pie Jam with 1 stick of softened butter until well mixed. Serve on hot breads or toast.
