Zesty Meatballs

You will Need: 1 pound of Frozen Meatballs, 1-8 oz. Jar Jill's Tomato Jam

Place meatballs in a crock pot with 1/2 cup water. Spoon Tomato jam over meatballs and cook on high for a few hours. Stir to allow the jam to coat each meatball. Serve as a party appetizer.

Grilled Peach Glazed Chicken

You will Need: 2-3 Pounds of Chicken, 1- 8 oz. Jar Jill's Peach Jelly 

Grill chicken till cooked thoroughly then remove from the grill and place in a shallow pan.Spoon Peach Jelly on each piece of chicken and place the pan back on the grill. Turn the chicken over and spoon more jelly on the other side. Allow to simmer on the grill for a few minutes longer turning the chicken till both sides have a nice peach glaze. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Fresh Apple Salad

You will Need: 1- 4 oz. Jar Jill's Apple Pie, Jam, 6-8 apples cored and cut into bite sized pieces.( Do not peel), 1 cup Chopped Walnuts 1 cup Chopped Celery, 1 cup Miracle Whip

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss them till they are well mixed. I like to use red, green and yellow apples and I leave the skin on because it makes the salad colorful.

Apple Butter Cake

You will Need: 1 Yellow Cake Mix, 1-8 oz. Jar Jill's Apple Butter, 2 Tablespoons Bisquick Mix 4 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar

Prepare cake mix according to directions and put in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Swirl the apple butter through the cake batter using the entire jar. In a small dish, mix the Bisquick mix and brown sugar together and sprinkle over the top of the cake. Bake according to directions. Cake may take a few minutes longer to get completely done. Serve cooled cake with whipped topping.
